Caregivers are contacted in your order
Your #1 caregiver receives your request first. If they decline or don't respond within the response window, your #2 caregiver is contacted automatically, followed by your #3 if needed.
Confirm, Pay & Begin Care
Once one of your selected caregivers accepts your request, confirm your booking, complete your secure payment through PGP Care, and schedule your first visit.
